A new era of Star Wars storytelling has arrived—right in your living room. Star Wars: Beyond Victory – A Mixed Reality Playset is officially available now, exclusively for Meta Quest 3 and 3S headsets, priced at $19.99. Developed by Industrial Light & Magic in collaboration with Lucasfilm, the experience pushes the boundaries of immersive storytelling, merging virtual adventure and physical space in a way only mixed reality can.

“Our goal was to create something that brings generations of Star Wars fans together in a completely new way,” said Executive Producer Alyssa Finley. “Whether you’re a lifelong fan or discovering the galaxy for the first time, Beyond Victory offers something for everyone—and we’re so excited for fans to finally get their hands on it.”
Set during the reign of the Empire, Beyond Victory places players in the boots of Volo Bolus, a daring young pilot mentored by podracing legend Sebulba. Through a mix of VR immersion, open-world exploration, and narrative-driven missions, fans experience a brand-new Star Wars story that blends high-speed thrills with emotional depth.
The game features an all-star voice cast including Fin Argus (Queer as Folk), Greg Proops (Whose Line Is It Anyway?), Lilimar Hernandez (Inside Out 2), Lewis MacLeod (The Phantom Menace), and Bobby Moynihan (SNL), delivering both humor and heart in equal measure.
Beyond Victory offers three unique gameplay modes. Adventure Mode tells the core story, immersing players in cinematic podraces and daring missions. Arcade Mode turns your living room into a holotable-style racing arena with top-down, fast-paced action and customizable tracks. Playset Mode invites fans to unleash their creativity, using unlockable digital action figures, vehicles, and iconic characters to craft their own Star Wars stories within their real-world environment.
With Beyond Victory, ILM and Lucasfilm continue to push the boundaries of what’s possible in interactive entertainment—proving once again that in a galaxy far, far away, the adventure never stops.
